Wanted to do a chocolate shop a v t and forgot the trigger of all things.
Got 2 Maltesers, 2 Toffeffee, 2 KP dry roasted nuts, and 2 Matchmakers and forgot the Galaxy.
Just got the apg and everything has compared at 75p instead so lost 12p per item.
Could be worse I guess.

:(:(:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
so flippin annoying
if you remember a few days ago i said i couldn't enter a receipt as a row of digits missing
(worked it out but APG transaction number didn't match receipt)
so decided not to use it as shop only cost me £4
well completely forgot this today
and went through same till
:mad: still printing with missing row of digits so i know have 2 more receipt with an incomplete transaction number:mad::mad:
now easy to work out number but APG &receipt won't match
so do i take the risk and try using them(been lucky with my store so reluctant to rock the boat)
or go to CS and point out the problem (at this point must point out both receipts i used a £14 APG on, total cash paid abt £27 was expecting £11-£14ish back)
or would you take the hit and just avoid that till in future

I personally would try and use them, not at the same time of course. That way if its spotted they can refer you to customer services who can check what your saying is correct. They will probably put the money on a gift card then.
I had a gift card that would not scan, the SA said it doesn't work, probably got nothing on it. I knew there was £9 on it. I took it to customer services and she ended up having to type in the numbers into the till and said I had £9 on it, so gave me a new card.:) I would try the £4 one first.
good luck hun, hows your migraine.

I don't know what to say MT since the apg will be bet £11/£14. Depending on how brave you are.:rotfl:
If it does not work the way CW suggested maybe call their 0800 number telling them a digit missing on the receipt and then tell them
you are expecting £11/£14 back:o am sure they know about the glitches its just how they take it.
Come on AH - talk to me I wanna switch off pc pretty soon:pRIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -
