OH DEAR!!! It had to happen i guess!!!!
Someones selling MAYFAIR on ebay ..... as at 10.13pm its on £77 (16 bids) and finishes at 7.01pm tomorrow.
Its item number is :- 320100351604 .... take a look!!!!!!
If you look closely, on the right side and typed in grey so its tricky to spot, this scammer has put "you are bidding on a picture not a vouchure"
so i guess all you will get is like they've said ..... a picture!!!
have tried to contact the higgest bidder in the hope of explaining this but stupid ebay have got really tight with contacting members and it wont let me send a message
the person who wins this is gonna be disappointed!!!!!!!! :rotfl: (i know i shouldnt laugh!)0 -

how do u report to ebay?2017 wins over £50: Yorkshire break, Tefal Actifry0 -
At the bottom of the screen click on "Report this item".
I have done this for this item.
I partly think if people are stupid enough not to read the full information, or believe that someone would give away Mafair then they deserve to be conned, but then I also believe the fraudster should not be able to benefit financially from peoples stupidity.0 -
I've reported this too - I didn't notice the grey writing til you pointed it out!

Yeh it's the same person I mentioned in this thread @ 9:51am yesterday.
Ebay are removing all of the mcdonalds monopoly vouchers anyway because it's against their terms to sell something that was obtained free, well so they told me anyway.
Only way to con people would be to list a buy it now price as it would end asap when someone bids that amount, hopefully ebay are on the ball though and wouldeven remove that too.
It would be easier if they just removed everything automatically that had "mcdonalds monopoly" in the title or description, problem solved.
I've reported the ones i've seen to ebay, there is even a "genuine old kent road card" for sale and a hmv voucher in the same listing, so the winner will get a game card from the board game and a hmv sticker, not both from the mcdonalds promo.
Someone will always try it though......... Smile, you only get one life, LIVE IT.0 -

Yeh, looks like it's just fake bidding now to pee off the seller.
Wonder what the seller fee's would be if it did finish at that before ebay remove it.
Be funny if the seller got charged the fees on that amount. Smile, you only get one life, LIVE IT.0 -

is this genuine also he has liverpool station im confussed
It looks exactly the same as described by - 1 - in response #42, above (or on previous page), except that there is no pale grey disclaimer text.
Obviously, someone who got Mayfair and found out (as this seller claims to have done) that it's very rare, would not just auction it but buy more chips or whatever till he gets a Park Lane, or get together with one of the aforementioned friends.
I too feel sorry for the buyer.
I've noticed this before: eBay will remove a dodgy listing, but allow the seller to go ahead and list almost exactly the same thing.0
