Over the last 5 years, since this thread was posted online, we have taken all constructive feedback on board and used this to make significant improvements to our delivery estimations and customer services where possible.

All of our wooden garden buildings are made to order in the UK. Depending on the time of year and demand for each type of product, delivery times do vary and so we provide an estimate for delivery online based on the average at that time.

The members of our customer service team are trained to the highest standard and try to resolve all issues a customer may face.

Please be assured that while we cannot always provide a guaranteed delivery date up-front, all deliveries are scheduled to be completed as swiftly as possible following completion of manufacture.

If you are thinking of buying a shed from this ameteur company based on their 8 day promise, think again. I've been waiting 3 weeks for this company to deliver my shed, which they can't even tell me if they've made yet. They seem to come out with all the excuses in the book but still fail to deliver. Don't bother leaving a review on their site to reflect any of this and don't expect to see any negative reviews on their site as they are vetting them and removing any negative feedback. Wish I hadn't bothered.

I think what has annoyed me the most about this company is the fact that if the shed is going to take 4 or 6 weeks to deliver, why not state this at the outset instead of lying on the website and then hiding behind small print to get around it. It's very underhand and seems a great way to mislead customers. Also they are claiming that the shed is 'made to order' and therefore outside of the DSR. If I want to cancel I lose 25% of the cost even if it's down to their mistake. Now, there is nothing custom about this shed, it is bog standard. Doubt it's even made to order, they are probably waiting for more orders in my area to make a lorry load. Could be a very long wait. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I bought from them a couple of years ago and was very impressed by the quality and price.

The price was good, quality I have no idea about. Customer service is dire. Honesty is not their strong point. If they ARE providing a good quality shed people don't mind waiting, but to mislead people into buying by giving a fairytale timescale for delivery isn't on. I would rather be told the truth and plan around that than be left in the dark having been mislead.

Bah, even the 2 hour response to email queries they quote on their site is utter tosh. Has to be the worst company i've had the displeasure of dealing with for a long time. Just feel i'm wasting my time now. Just an honest answer from them would be useful so I can plan when to erect this thing. Why say 8 days when it's never going to happen. i'd say 90% of customers would rather know a longer timescale than expect something thats just a lie. Utterly disgusted with the whole thing. Just to reiterate, if you want a shed DO NOT buy it from Tiger Sheds in Leeds if you actually expect service.
