ghost tranaction on my account

Hi i am after some advice. We had a payday loan with wonga which was paid off in full but a day late than it should have been. I had some funds paid into my bank the same day which paid this and other bills. On Friday last week I had a few pence in my account and paid in £30 cash to purchase something online. When came to do this card was declined. I checked my bank balance to discover I was overdrawn by over £600 and have no overdraft facilty. After contacting bank twice and going through all payments on account they traced it back to Wonga and detected a pending transaction of £506 presented on my debit card. The actual payment to Wonga to clear balance was made on husbands card and had cleared from bank account. ( 2 cards on Wonga account), I was confused to why this was now pending as firstly no funds in account to cover this. Bank cannot put hold on it as still in system. Wonga could not trace it as department shut at weekend. Have transaction number and have been told could be a ghost payment.which was put on hold but then payment was took off other card I have now got a negative balance on account. Have had funds paid in today which have been swallowed by negative balance and returned direct debits. This will incur me charges and still have no money. Transaction in limbo any ideas

    Don't use payday loans.

    Don't repay payday loans late.

Don't give payday loan companies two debit card numbers.

You'll get the money back, but you've created your own problem here.
