Hi chick. The agreement you have recieved is it the aggreement or the application form. Are liverpool victoria part of HSBC. Capquest are a dca. So i presume MH have taken over the debt. Could you pm me in date order What the letter says from capquest if you have one. The letter from MH. Are you able to scan the credit agreement you have recieved and post it on here. deleting personal info though. It looks like MH have passed the debt back to LV. Have you checked your credit file. If not then send of to experian for one. We can see if you have any defaults etc and from who. Also can you let me know the original debt amount. Date loan started. How many payments you have already made. How long was the loan for. I know i am asking a lot of info but if we can get to the bottom of it quickly then we are in a better position to offer them a reasonable amount to pay them back that you can afford.Night Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:
