Asus X54C Driver and webcam problems? Please Help

Hi
I am not computer savvy so please be gentle :-)

I have a new Asus X54C now when I start it up after entering password and desktop is showing I get three boxes pop up with the following in them

P4G
This program can only be executed on the Asus Computer

ERROR
Can't open ACPI ATK0100 kernel mode driver

ATK0100 request
You have to install ATK0100 driver


I assume they are all related can any one help?

Also we want to use the webcam as a camera but can't get it to work

Under the start menu I click on Asus Virtual camera and the only thing that happens is a yellow box pops up that says

Do you want the following program form an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer. Yes or No
whatever I select nothing happens. 8

P4G is a utility that controls the speed of the CPU fan

ATK0100 is an Asus motherboard and hotkey driver (HControl) package.

HControl allows you to use your function button in conjuction with the F1-12 keys and InstantOn or other non-keyboard buttons.

Webcam - what is the name of the 'following program from an unknown publisher'?

Click on the Global (not Global (DLM)) links under Power4Gear Hybrid Utility and ATKACPI driver and hotkey-related utilities If prompted with a Run or Save choice, select Save - this will download the files to your downloads folder. When both are downloaded, go to the downloads folder, right click on the first file and Extract the contents to. Go to the newly created folder, find and run the setup file. When completed, repeat for the other file.


Note: The above links are for the 64bit version of Windows 7. If you are not using Windows 7 64 bit, choose the correct version from the drop-down list at top of the page BEFORE downloading anything.

Installing the above may also cure the camera problem. If not, download the Life Frame3 Utility from the same download page

Well downloaded the first two and now on starting computer don't get the pop up boxes so result there

and still couldn't get camera to work
The 'program name from an unknown publisher' was VirCam.exe

I then tried to download the other utility but it said it already existed so hunted for and found it Have now pinned it to the bottom taskbar, but still not sure why the virtual camera doesn't let me in

Try holding down the Fn button then press V - see it that turns the camera on.

Apparently you should see a green dot beside the camera when it is on.
