Splashback Poll: White, Light Grey, or Light Blue

Hi there,
I am looking for some help at choosing a splashback for my kitchen. I am useless at making my mind up. I have a small corner kitchen which forms part of my living space. I want to have a subtle looking splashback that cover the whole area looks classy but isn't too bright that I will end up hating it.
Based on the pictures below I was wondering what colour you would go for that would compliment my grey with white speckled worktop and white units.
The other option that I am also considering is going for a pure white splashback. Would this work? I am also open to suggestions on what colour of paint would compliment these on the wall in the living room?
The options I have narrowed it down to is as follows:
Light Grey (picture)
Light Blue (picture)
Pure White (not shown - will this work?)

p.s. if someone could hyperlink these for me i would be really grateful. I am a new user so cant post pics.
p.p.s. sorry about the mess - wallpapering in progress

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
