Restrictions on new accounts

Ive had a little look around but can't find the answer to this. Last year I upgraded my personal account to business when I started selling for a profit on eBay. However, now I want to take advantage of the free listings in the name of decluttering but I can only sell 10 items a month. I'm using my finances account and he has lots of buying history but Limited selling history. Just wondering if because the accounts are registered at the same address, and because I had to upgrade my account that they would lift the limits? Hoping someone has had this happen or knows the answer! I did also set up an account in my name but it has hardly any feedback on it.

The restrictions are in place because eBay need to keep a rein on new sellers. It helps them pre-empt fraudsters running up huge bills and then leaving eBay and Paypal to chase them for the money, and it helps allow new sellers to have some sort of 'stabilisers' while they get the hang of responsible selling.
In general, eBay don't set hard and fast limits. What they don't want is people just buying or selling feedback to overshoot a clearly published arbitrary limit and then run riot.
Perhaps your own account might be better. eBay might then connect it to your business account and lift any restrictions - but they might not."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4
