Packaging Problem

I sold a childrens train set which I advertised mainly for collection, but someone has bought it and wants it posted.

Can anyone suggest how I package it? Its a plastic set but in a box quite a bit bigger than the actual pieces, so they rattle around quite a bit. I have quite a few used padded envelopes, so do you think it would be okay to pack the individual bits in the box in envelopes (to stop them rolling around so much) and then brown paper around the main box, or do you think the main box would also need reinforcement?

I really dont want to get bad feedback from this - or the item to be damaged in transit!

I would put bubble wrap in the box to stop the pieces rattling round then put the box in another box, again with some bubble wrap around it, to stop it moving.

You can get sheets of bubble wrap in the fruit and veg aisle of the supermarket, under apples and mushrooms. They let me have it for free;)
