business acc needed bad credit rating

Hi i have been a sole trader for many years but now i have gone as a limited company but cannot get a business bank account anyone got any ideas i have got great accounts and always money in the bank i dont want credit or an overdraft i do have 2 CCJ's and a Default notice this is why i cannot seem to open an account

Try lloyds tsb and say before they sign you up that you have these problems and that you do not want to lend any money. They might give you an account. Banks see you as a risk having 2 ccjs and a default. Im sure you are stuck untill you get them cleared off your credit rating.Kind Regards
