pictures in e.mails

updated bt broadband and since not receiving any pictures in e.mails. using windows xp home and e.mail accs in outlook express and bt.yahoo. any help in looking at the full e.mail with pictures would be gratefully appreciated. workinf fine before updating

In "OptionS", "Security", do you have the "Block images" checkbox ticked?
I always do because that way I load images on request, which blocks spam images with a unique name, which identify you and confirm that you viewed the message.

outlook ok now thanks nut on bt yahoo keep getting error 4 messages and e.mails won't go in inbox. can't be bothered to phone india again for an hour
