Unblock international bidder restrictions ebay?

Hi all,
A few years ago, I got sick of being messed about by international bidders, so blocked them and just sold to UK bidders.
I now have a few things to sell that would do much better internationally, but no matter how I try I can't unblock interantional bidders. I looked on ebay help pages but they still don't remedy the problem.
Can anyone offer advice please??
