Help with Travel Insurance

Hi,
I am about to do an unpaid internship abroad and i'm struggling to find proper cover. There is so much offered and it's such a maze trying to work out the fine details as i am in an unusual travel situation. If someone can offer any advice i'd be so grateful!
I need cover that would include:
-worldwide cover (including N.America)
-contents/legal/health insurance
-no or small excess on contents
-stays of over 3 months allowed
-trips including multiple destinations without returning to the uk
If anyone can help and offer some advice I would really appreciate it
