Sainsbury's bank loan ppi and frontloading??

Hi sorry another confused person. Please can you tell me if this is frontloaded? It's with Sainsbury's bank and the insurance is creditcare:-
Amount the credit (the cash loan) £7000
Amount of credit (the insurance loan) £1589.84
Total amount you pay for the cash loan £8713.32
Total amount you pay for the insurance loan £1978.68
Total amount you pay fpr the total loan £10,692.00
66 monthly payments of £162.00 which includes £132.02 for your cash loan and £29.98 for your insurance loan.
Also is it better to ring them or write as first point of contact and if this is frontloaded is that what we should put as the basis for reclaiming? We can't remember if we applied online or on the phone but I can't find anything I printed off so I assume it was over the phone. But I think it was automatically added because they also added domestic plus insurance and we didn't even know about that. They automatically refunded that to us last year without us even claiming. The loan isn't repaid yet. There is a phone number specifically for reclaiming ppi for loans taken out before Feb 2009 - is it best to ring that or write to them?

How best is it to word this in the 'complaint' section of the form? Or should I just ring and state that I want to reclaim because it was frontloaded?
