2 day guarantee dvds from cash generator?

I purchased a dvd from cash generator and found it to be faulty.
I returned the dvd 7 days later and was told that there was only a 2 day guarantee on all dvds. I was not told this on the day of purchase. Most people work during the week and cannot return all items within the 2 day period. Yes it maybe a couple of pounds but it is an expensive way to collect coasters.

Cash Generators are franchises I believe. However, nowhere on the parent site can I see that there is only a 2 day guarantee. I'm not even sure you can put a 2 day guarantee on stuff. Sounds like BS to me.
