Can you have more than one Asda Credit Card?

I would like to apply for Asda's new Money credit card as you can get cashback on petrol.

I already have an Asda Reward Credit Card with cashback due to me from purchases I have made during the year but can't claim the cashback until near the end of the year.

Think I read somewhere that I would loose all my built up cashback from my other card if I had one of the new ones but cant find where I read this now?

You cant get cashback on petrol on my old card but I dont want to loose the cashback I have built up, will I loose it if I get a new card?

You can, as the Asda Santander credit cards are being withdrawn early January 2013, apparently Santander are in the process of contacting customers:
