Do you get charged for replacements in an online shopping?

i have just ordered an online shop from asda and i now have about 10p left in the bank(or i will when the order is taken from my bank on Monday
So might it not be sensible to- order less food
- go to the supermarket on foot if you can and save the delivery charge
- do a bigger shop less often and get free delivery on orders over £100
- switch to a cheaper supermarket like Aldi or Lidl
Ocado does charge for subs but I always send them back for refund as it clearly says NO substitutions please on my instructions.
I've tried Abel & Cole, ASDA, Foodari, Iceland, Ocado, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose. Fewest subs IME Abel & Cole, Waitrose and Ocado. Most from ASDA and Tesco. Latest deliveries Ocado and Sainsbury's. Arriving too early without warning: Tesco (consistently).
One time there was some techie prob with OH's card (UK branch of a foreign bank) and even though Waitrose didn't get the money till 2 days later, Waitrose delivered the shopping on time.0
