  • I'm sorry but I think you should have another look at question 2.
It's possible the author has written the question wrong and should have asked which statement is true - in which case option one which you have selected is correct.
The question asks for the FALSE option to be selected as the answer and refers to the Jackets Technical info.
The answer you have selected as false is definately quoted word for word in the technical data so is actually true.
The second option can't be true because the Mirada Jacket is NOT made from Paramet A - it's made from Nikwax Waterproof
The third option can't be true because the Mirada is not made from Nikwax Windproof either - it's made from Nikwax Waterproof

    Q2 statements are
    TRUE
    FALSE
    FALSE

    Q3 statements are
    FALSE
    TRUE
    FALSE

I have to admit that with 2 false and 1 true for each question I probably didn't look too closely at the questions and assumed they were asking for the true statements! Unfortunately you can not bring up the questions again once you have entered.

They may change the question at some point - as it is not the first time they have made an error like this. Hopefully they will accept entries made before any alteration as correct.

(thanks Mystic Charm for the PM)
  • Apologies for bumping, but I've been in contact with the comapny who have this to say -

'Despite checking the competition questions we had mixed up words, swapping our 'true' with 'false', making the question indecipherable!
We have amended the question and will ensure that you won't be penalised for submitting an incorrect answer for that question.'
