SLEEK Hair extentions...

Hi.
I am a regular user of Sleek style icon hair extentions. I bought new hair in April from a local shop and had it sewn into my hair after running the London Marathon. Within 2 weeks this hair was dry, frizzy and unmanagable. I tried everything to rescue it but is was not helping. I had cared for the hair in the same way I had with 2 previous pack of the same hair. Eventually I went to the shop again and the assistant told me to have it removed so it could be sent back to the manufacturer. I did this. I purchased new hair (£80 per pack) and returned the faulty one.
The hair was sent off and 12 weeks later I was told that I had washed it too much. I explained that I had not washed it any more or less that the others I had (which I must say lasted twice as long as other people who were washing once per week) I was refered to the company SLEEK.
After sending an email last week to the quality control manager she replied stating that I had washed this too much. I emailed back explaining my routeen and requesting replacement or refund. I then recieved another email sayin I had not conditioned this enough (surely washing and conditioning are the same as I always apply conditioner!!!)
At this point I need some advice. I feel they do not want to help me. All I want is replacement and I will be happy.
What can I do? Where do I stand? Any further advice please would be appriciated.
Thanks Jo

Unless there is some kind of warranty the manufacturer has no obligation to do anything. Your contract is with the retailer, you need to go back to them0
