Posting to USA - confused!

Yarrrgggghhh! I'm confused! I've sold some weaving to America and am very confused (hmmm much repetition of the word confused, well I am!) about Customs (only just discovered that section that RM website!) It's only worth £5 (£8 inc postage).
Do I need to fill in a CN22 form (eep!) and if so what box do I tick I can only see gift, documents, commercial sample and other. And if I have to fill it in do I just stick it on the front? Essentially if I need to fill it in can someone give me a very basic walk through of what I fill in please!
Blood Royal Mail website it's not the first time they've neglected to put information on their price finder bit that then sends me into a tizzy!
Thanks :-)

Yes you will need a customs label. Tick the Other box. Give a good detailed description of what you are sending. Remember to add the weight and value of the item. I would stick the label in the bottom left hand corner of the parcel.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Thanks RBK you're star, I can calm down now and send my weaving overseas.
I swear next time I'm going to scour the RM website thoroughly BEFORE I say I'll send thing overseas!
I take them at face value and then they confuse when I've already sold the bloody stuff!
And calm....
Thanks again RBK :-)Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -

There should be instructions on the back of the CN22, or along side, if you got a PDF version off the Royal Mail website.…can someone give me a very basic walk through of what I fill in please!- Tick “Other”.
- If your weaving is scarf made of wool, write “One woven wool scarf”.
- Weight your item, and write the weight in kilograms.
- Put the value of the item in the currency that the buyer paid in. For £5, that’s “GBP 5”. If they happened to pay you ten dollars, that would be “USD 10”.
- Ignore the request for HS tariff number and country of origin. The customs at the other end won’t care for a £5 piece of weaving, and the tariff number can be hard to figure out anyway.
- Copy down the weight into the total box.
- Copy down the value into the total box.
- Date and sign it at the bottom.

Edit: Something’s just struck me about Royal Mail’s example. Don’t put down pennies or cents, there’s a risk of it being misread as £500, etc. If you really do ever need to do that, use a comma or a dash or similar.古池や蛙飛込む水の音0 -
Alfie E, you are also a star, I read the instructions on the CN22 form but they're nowhere near as good as yours as I actually understand yours and know what to put!
Thank you so much that was such a help, I hope he likes the bloody stuff after all this! Thanks :-)Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0
