Joint Accounts and DRO

Options
I was wondering if someone could advise how joint accounts are affected when applying for a DRO. A large proportion of my debt is with HSBC which is also the bank me and my partner have a joint account with for household bills etc.. This account has no debt/overdraft and is used to pay rent etc from. Does this account need to be closed/myself removed from it as a precaution?

Any help greatly appreciated

I would advise you open a new account with a bank elsewhere and have everything shifted over prior to your DRO to avoid any problems
