Car insurance: esure charging me twice

Hi all,

Took car insurance out with eCar (sorry not eSure) last weekend and it turns out they have sent me out the same policy twice and charged me the deposit twice over.

Being new to this sort of thing will a phone call Monday morning sort this out and will I be refunded my deposit?

    Having checked my email they have sent me an email confirmation for two lots of payments yet have only emailed me details of one of the policies so I have emailed them back and hopefully they'll resolve the issue.
