Tesco House Insurance useless free gift

Have been with Tesco House Insurance for the last few years and have just received a letter to say renewal quote is on its way. Would have been happier if they had just sent the renewal quote so that I can compare.
However, letter also says I'll get a £25 voucher for Pizza Express if I renew. Who thought up this offer!! Firstly neither OH nor I are keen on pizza and secondly, even if we were, nearest Pizza Express is a 50 mile round trip away.
Surely they could have thought up something better eg Tesco voucher!
