RBS complaint

Does anyone have an actual email address I can use for a complaint to RBS? I have tried completing their online complaints form but it won't accept the text I have given.

The only address I've known to work is either the CEO himself or GCRExecutiveSupport@rbs.com who replies on his behalf to customer emails sent to him.

Other than individual case handlers don't know a group box below but at a guess complaints@rbs.co.uk may well be monitored

I emailed my complaint to [EMAIL="GCRExecutiveSupport@rbs.com"]GCRExecutiveSupport@rbs.com[/EMAIL] this morning and have had an acknowledgement. I have been promised a full investigation and an answer within 2 weeks.

My saga is now with Ombudsman-having been messed around by a rubbish IT system and countless UK offices of RBS
This shower have dropped me in it,totally-so I've nothing to lose by picking up on the email address you found
