very company lie about courier they use

i ordered on 29th on very and wanted collectplus because they fast at delivery as i used it before

but some strange reason yesturday i never got my item

and when i checked the tracking it now showing hdnl service courier being used i am now confused and i dont understand why couldnt hdnl deliver it today as yesturday it said it was in bam bridge which is in preston i think

and still no update to say they going to deliver today so i rang them and they said it might be monday

if i dont get it monday and get another excuse i just cancel it

as anyone had this problem where they changed the service without telling you

as i heard hdnl are rubbish

they should remove next day delivery that they showing for the mobile i brought on very

    Yodel are also responsible for the CollectPlus deliveries to the pickup centres too. I assume this works a little better as they don't put them out to the self employed couriers to do due to the short deadline.

    It just looks like they have made a mistake here and put the wrong on on your order.

    You can email us at [EMAIL="Network@VeryHQ.co.uk"]Network@VeryHQ.co.uk[/EMAIL] and we can contact the couriers to find out more information about the location of your parcel.
    Just to advise that Collect+ is an optional service where you can choose to have your parcels sent to a nearby store for a convenient collection. The delivery will still be undertaken by our couriers

    sorry but don't mean to jump in on your thread, but i have had a terrible experience with Very catalogue, they are not to be trusted and are a bunch of bullies. stay away from them.

  • I bought my new TV from them at the end of February. Paid for next day delivery, and it was delivered just after noon the next day. No complaints from me.
    "You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"

    Never had no complaints either and they were very understanding when i set up a payment plan offered them a £100 and would only take £75.
