There are more out there. With mytyres & camskill don't forget to factor in fitting.

I've used Blackcircles before. Fitting is done at a local authorised garage. The blackcircles website doesn't actually give you the name of the garage, just the address, but if you know your local area well then you can suss out which garages they use, and pick one you trust.

Bizarelly enough, my main dealer offered a more competitive price last time I needed a pair so I went there instead.

It may have changed since I did this (probably 7-8 years ago) but Black Circles at that time did say what local garages they used, and when I went to the nearest one they offered to undercut the quoted price.

Agreed, unless it was something specialist, I've always found it cheaper to ring round the locals than to use the online places.
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

My local independant is cheaper than the online places.

But he only sells tyres. He said i would need to get tires imported from the US.

Agree with calling round a few places. Often you'll find someone has some older stock of a premium brand that fits your car and will let them go cheap. Ask what stock they have as well, it may be worth paying a bit extra for better tyres depending on the car, mileage and how sideways it's driven.

I wouldn't be buying cheap tires, Its only a 1.2 corsa c but I'd rather know I not going to loose it in the wet because of silly cheapo tires.

Chances are you'll lose it due to bad driving, underinflated tyres or an imbalanced car, not "cheapo" tyres. If you lose it with "cheapo" tyres then you are obviously pushing the vehicle to hard.
