Today I signed up to a dating site (love arts). I paid 20 quid for a months access, messaged a user but then quickly realised that the site has hardly any members, lots of dead profiles, and the user interface is crap. I asked them for a refund and they said that because I've messaged ONE user, the cooling off period of 7…

Folks, I didn't want to get into the broader debates of why i didn't get a reply (although I'm sure it's a fun thing for you all to speculate on).

I'm trying to get a refund because I don't like the site - not for any other reason. I wanted to see if there was a way to do this. I have my answer, case closed.
