Lost BBC1 & BBC2 on Freeview - Help

Hi all
My BBc1 and BBC2 disappeared about 2/3 days ago - they show in the list, signal strength shows 100% but nothing - no sound and no picture >:(.
BBC 3 Has picture but is still with an occasional judder of movement - has anyone else got this problem ?

Have you tried resetting the box (often there is a hard reset option - you might have to stick the end of a paperclip in somewhere or something similar)'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts'

thanks folks - tried rescanning twice - no luck.
Unplugged form wall for 30 seconds - no joy.
Teh I switched to BBC 1 some 20-30 mins later and suddenly they are back
