    Yes I know someone who's HRM was removed and they lost their motability car, they'd only just renewed the agreement and paid the deposit for a car too. Are they appealing? Blue badges often don't attach themselves to HRM though, you can get them without them so they should approach their LA about that.

    As for the golf clubs in the boot, perhaps they belonged to another family member?

    Its very sad but happening more these days since cameron came to power - don't know how that man can sleep at night!
    Do you know the reasons why it was turned down? Did they get help from CAB? or welfare officer etc

    That is absoutely disgusting. I have had my claim refused and lost my appeal. I have to have help with most aspects of daily living and can't always use my stick to walk as my upper body is often to painful to take the pressure of leaning on a stick, ...but i can live with their decision for the time being as i do still hobble into work 2 days a week and sit at a desk.

    This child has obvious health, care and mobility problems and it should if come up for a review...he's never going to get better and you would hope the DWP would show some common sense and compassion..I would gladly give up any claim if a family like this would benefit from it. If i was this family i would take it to my MP and see if they can help...and shout it from the rooftops.
