Right of appeal on SFA allocation?

I am wondering if someone can advise me in right of appeal over SFA.
To summarise DH applied on line for housing at his duty station as a phase 2 instructor. In addition to out request we have provided medical evidence to support our request and evidence to support all factors on our application.
Housing came through yesterday with one choice that clearly us whatever they have left with no consideration being given to welfare requirements and to be blunt the Housing officer was down right rude to DH. It's no where near our duty station, behind the wire and to be brutally honest a rat would think twice about living there.
Do we have right of appeal? In typical Aldershot DIO fashion their attitude was tough "not our problem"
So far we are far from impressed with the new allocation system and know it's far from fair through other proletariat being told to go on line and pick a certain property at a certain point to be guaranteed of getting it.
Any advice please? I know welfare is the obvious one and that's already in hand.

Thankyou, I will do that tomorrow.
I am also wondering if anyone can advise me under the new allocation system is there a minimum number of houses we need to be offered. Colleagues have been shown a number, we have been shown one which is already someone else's choice?
