I listed my phone, and it had an offer of £195 from someone with 500+ 100% rep, but I left it until the end of the auction (thinking you could accept after as there were a few offers) but it expired
However, I re-listed it and about 30 mins after someone paid the £210 BIN price, and paid straight away, but he has 0 feedback so I'm a little hesitant to send it
His PayPal address is confirmed
Thanks

Everyone starts somewhere.
Note all the serial/IMEI numbers down, take pictures.
Send by special delivery and insure for full amount?
500+ 100% feedback means very little on a buyers account as you can't receive negative feedback when buying.
I sold a phone a few months back to a similar 0 feedback buyer, he left positive feedback immediately upon receipt and that was that, no issues.0 -
Agree with Kev :O)

Don't worry about 'confirmed' or even unconfirmed addresses, that isn't relevant. The address must be the one given in the transaction and it must show as eligible for seller protection.
Log into PayPal and look on the transaction for the address and green tick.
You must use Special Delivery as phones are not covered by normal mail with RM.
Obtain a certificate if posting (free) and keep it for 180 days. Upload the tracking to the PayPal transaction and check to see it gets delivered.
Good luck.0
