Tips and recommendations for Menorca and Binibeca?

We're off in just over a week to Menorca, staying in Binibeca in a villa. We're going for two weeks so need ideas for things to do.
Our party is me and OH, 3yo DD, and my parents who are in their 70s.
Any hints and recommendations for what we can do while there? We're not hiring a car but happy to use local buses. My dad is into ships and planes, none of us like a lot of sunbathing, we prefer to do stuff.
Thanks in advance.

This website has masses of info and when I used it (a couple of years ago) a very helpful forum.

We stayed in Binibeca. Its a small village, with villas on all the adjacent streets. The village centre is a tourist stop as it was designed and built in one, like Portmerion, so during the day it can attract day trippers. By evening it is quiet.
For a plane enthusiast it is great as it is south of the airport so you will see all departing aircraft, downside is the aircraft noise.
You aren't far from Mahon, but I would suggest you have a car for at least part of your stay as there's not lots to do apart from seeing the island.
There are local shops around, but they are limited compared to the supermarket about 5 minutes drive away, so a car would be handy for this.0
