i got 2 boxes at 7.23pm tonight and just checked my apg and it worked - so dont panic!!!

the thing is Cosmic.....on the 342 deals, the products are listed within their catergory on msm...ie if you type in Domestos...find one thats 342 then select the 'view all 342'...it only brings up specific 342 deals within the cleaning catergory.....

this is where I cocked it up with the hairdye at W...as it was on 342 I thought it would work with the JF serum i bought...but it didnt because the Clairol range is under one catergory of 342 and the JF is under another .....( i know certain bits are crossing over and I dont know why - havent fathomed it all ot yet!!).....

but the 2for1 catergory shows everything together....food, toiletries etc... ie if you search for Coke, select one thats on 2for1...select 'view all 2for1' it will bring up all offers on 2for1 ie food, toiletries, drinks etc........so theoretically it should work ;)

well...thats my theory anyway....now who's gonna run out and prove it right? :D

Who knows but let's hope you get a better response than I did when I suggested it! :rotfl:

If that's it in a nutshell, then everyone who was buying the wine and shampoo in the same shop should have gotten their wine for 16p.

Nah I'm going to bed. I think some people are high on cleaning fluids. :rotfl::rotfl:

I could see your point if wine and shampoo were both 3 for 2 deals but they werent

The new glitch seems to be the failure to distinguish different BOGOF deals from each other AND charging for the lowest item rather than the higher

so if the latest is true you can cross departments in the same store. ie i think its bloody mary beans b1g1f at 50p and nappies b1g1f at £7 at mr t

I think it would depend on department code so eg wine diff from poo but would coke and ambrosia all fall under grocery heading. We need a supermarket employee to advise on areas.

Where I work we have areas like this so each dept classed diff but all offers in each area code work together...and no it's not Tesco

Hi ta for all the glitches in A trying hard not to miss a page hence why I'm on now while my lot are all asleep.
Think dh is getting way sick of hearing me saying just going to the shops.
Did a poo shop wrong earlier but got deo and tht made it not too bad try to keep all apg under £9 bit hit n miss tho.
