  • Evening. My head is spinning! This is all too much to take....poo, wine, ketchup, cleaning stuff (although probably won't need that as have no time to do any housework!) and now coke!!!!
    But I'm so busy that I can't fit in any shopping. I don't know why I'm tormenting myself reading it all.
    It's my little boys 3rd birthday tomorrow and I've wrapped no presents yet. Me and dh are away all weekend at a posh hotel in London for our anniversary and going to watch Lady Gaga on Saturday. This is all very well but how am I going to spend my APG's???
  • Evening all :) not been to As today yet but hoping to go later. I see it's all still working so will putting my list together soon. I see there might be a glitch with the coke now so will try that one & let you all know but can't get to As till 10:30

    Just got this from a womble, comparison is against Sainsbury's. Any idea why it's come out like this? Could be worth looking at?

    dac1f351.jpg

    ETA - they are 2 for £5 at A's, but BOGOF @ £3.85 at S's. Still not sure why it's compared at 47p...

    can you post the FULL one please?

    Maybe the error works for items that are "free" and makes a bug in it? Which makes sence.. its the free item that makes it compare with the cheaper item

    Im going to take a trip to asda!!!

    I have only been buying shampoo and conditioner is packs of 3 / 6 or 9 but obviously minus one for the special sp gel!

    The poster above seems to have gone above this with 15 but this makes sence given that they are not buying the same product....good thinking for next time!

    Better not do that too much as you could quite easily build up one super duper womble. Would possibily be this:

    9 x Vo5 Shampoo - Damaged Hair £18.00 / £0.90
    9 x Vo5 Shampoo - Damaged Hair £18.00 / £0.90
    9 x Vo5 Conditioner - Fine Hair £18.00 / £0.90
    8 x Vo5 Conditioner - Fine Hair £16.00 / £0.80
    1 x sp gel - £0.15 / £0.10
    ASDA = £70.15 / Tesco £3.60

    APG = £66.91

    :o

    Now your making me like a amateur!! please stop!! otherwise ill have to try and beat it!

    I dare you to do 3 x £66 apg vouchers at the same time! :)

    I've got a womble with coke and will see what comes up. I'll let you know later.

    Thank you ! What time are the results due back (deciding whether to go to A tonight or tomorrow morning :))
  • I have a random, off topic question (I know we love those on here! ;) ) for the Elite who use Quidco please.

    I took out breakdown cover through Quidco and it's tracked, but what I'm wondering is how long do they usually take to pay out? This is the first time I've used Quidco. The cover is with the AA and it says they pay faster, but I'm just wondering what the time scales are like?

    Many thankies :)

    Well I'm just back from my second horse riding lesson and all went well :j
    After I got over the nerves again I was fine....then the instructor said we'd be cantering :eek: but all's good and I had forgotten how amazing it feels to be cantering around the arena - I'm on a real high right now, can't stop smiling! :D

    I don't ache as much today....yet, we'll see how I fare tomorrow!
    I need to remember to invest in some sensible pants though :eek: :rotfl:

    And Queen of Cheap, I've decided to settle for a nice warm bath to instead of a trip to Mr A's.... hope you're not too sore! :)
    Off for my bath and then to catch up with you gasbags! :p

    Glad your lesson was less painful today :D a hot bath did the trick quite nicely :)

    I'm thinking this is just a glitch like the deodarant:T because nothing triggered that off, I am truly going to bed but someone needs to go and get 2 of these just to check;);););)

    I hope it is. Give misery guts something to do tomorrow other than wait in for my uggs to be delivered :rotfl:

    What did the doc say about your back?

    It's strange - the number of dental and cleaning products on it would imply they did a targeted shop against W's, but then forgot to keep the receipt. But even with all those things, it didn't compare against W's at all.

    Surely it couldn't be the black Tower Rose could it? One item is definitely making it compare to Sainsbugs:cool:
