Good evening all.. hope your all well.. havent had a chance for a thorough read back, just a skip over the last few pages... thanks to all of you for the input on this thread...its ace and seems to have been a very busy glitchy few days... i did try the As shop today to see how i go with it and am keeping my fingers crossed that the clearasil unit works as i really wanted one of these, although dont fancy paying the whole £13 for it...

Stop completely, no (though is of course possible), but suspend, yes. Although not really worried so much as expecting it. I would if I were in charge, wouldn't you? Suspend the APG entry point for say 48/72 hours to try and work out what was going wrong and put a fix in place? Or extend the time till results are issued by similar amount. Amazed they haven't tbh.

Like Tinyshoes said, looks like there is a week's time lag in terms of their stock control/APG stats collating through to centre, so if they are only removing ketchup today, maybe it will be a couple of days tops before it really hits them and the haircare stuff filters in - I suspect those figures will far outshine the ketchup ones because news spread fast at that point and a significantly higher number of people were APGing shampoo than ketchup (eg I have two bottles of ketchup, but somewhat more shampoo/conditioner).

Bit like a snowball effect as those early to it keep doing more shops, continually being added to as more and more peeps hear about it. Then other glitches being added in while the original ones still being maxed.

Very strange in this day and age of micro-managed MI data that they don't seem to be able to quickly be aware of and pinpoint where the problem is. I know some will say, when it happens, that the glitch got pulled because it was abused by too many. I think the opposite - can't quite believe it has gone on so long and that A hasn't got a handle on their business. Very generous.

My receipt was carefully inspected an hour ago. The SA called the SV, and the SV gave it over to another person. She was on the phone, and came back and said that was ok. I was so scared. The voucher was a bit over £40, so I should not go over £20 I think.
I've got a womble with coke and will see what comes up. I'll let you know later.

I can't see anything else either! I wish hubby wasn't working away I would go check some more 2 4 1's tonight ready for tomorrow.

It's strange - the number of dental and cleaning products on it would imply they did a targeted shop against W's, but then forgot to keep the receipt. But even with all those things, it didn't compare against W's at all.
