  • Just like to say a massive thank you for everyone who has posted here, and thank you for showing your shop examples it's really helped me to get my head around it. Sweating like mad in the tiny A's haircare aisle. One trolley, checked out 2 shops individually, another 2 hours to go to compare!! I will post my shopping lists later once compared.
Ahhhh.... lemony fresh victory is mineee!!!

can I quickly ask if the other asda hairgel works I think it's about 40p Thanks

I tried the sp hairspray but that didn't compare, seems to be a shortage of conditioner

Hi, yes Asda Essentials extra firm hold gel-purple colour works fine. Costs 44p, compares to Mr T at 29p

    Evening all

Not joking, it really has taken ALL DAY to catch up with you all

I'm normally not that bad at keeping up, despite a full time job and various other stuff, but today was rather difficult!

We have some truly lovely SA's in my local A. Last nights was fab so I will look out for her again :)

Jaggyman congratulations on the birth of little Ben. He is a little cutie :D

Hugs to them what need them

Well done to those who have achieved :j I would like to single out Budget Babe for her efforts today. It is so nice to see a newbie come in and do their own leg work instead of simply relying on others to do it for them. Congratulations on losing your APG virginity and long may it continue :j

Thank you for that :) Though I do have to give some credit to Miss Shitface (sorry that sounds rude) but she did send me a lovely pm last night which was much appreciated. :) and also cosmic dust for her help. :A

Though I have to say it has been a task keeping up with you all, and my oh my how do you do it with working full time. Hats off to you.

Though I can understand how posters can get fed up with newbies making no effort, to be fair you all give advice if asked but I think it helps if you try to work things out for yourself.

I have got a bit lost here and there and was all up for the shampoo glitch but no sp conditioner or gel, though I now see the purple one does also work.

Hey ho its a learning curve and as I say I have been lurking for sometime. The last 2 threads were I think form memory Olympic Elite and 50 Shades Elite.

I got up at stupid o clock for the body shop glitch, and I was lurking from about 3,30am when someone posted "where's westie"? that stuck with me as I lost my beloved westie Toby sometime ago now.

I was there lurking and nearly posted but lost my nerve. :o

But I digress, :o which I often do :o But the gist of it is: Thank you for the warm welcome. :A

I look forward to more money saving glitches as we all need to save money where we can.

Its a fab thread and a credit to you all. :A

Keep up all the good work and thank you again. :)

    Much Love Budgie xxx
