They would not shut up even when I said plz can you take the item off. They knew I was getting upset because two of them really backed off and the other one started to try to apologise. Have emailed CS and now awaiting reply. This is the second time in two weeks I have had to complain about bad customer service in that store so have said in my message that I won't be shopping at Ts till its resolved.Sorry to moan everyone but I'm upset.:mad:

Its awful when this happens & so embarrassing I emailed phillip clarke when this happened to me 2 weeks ago I got a reply with an apology, said they were going to retrain staff in the store & a £15 moneycard through my door :T:T:T, I know it doesn't change what happened but "Every little helps":rotfl:, I hope you get a similar response xxx

you only need to buy one sp hair gel or condioner, if you buy 2 expensive buy one sp, if you buy 5 expensive, still only need one sp, buy 8 expensive still only need 1 sp, as long as the total divides by 3 !
