Hi , I haven't been on for an age so could someone please PM the details of the 1p knife glitch . :)

Many many thanks to all who gave well wishes and support to Snap Ant when she needed it , it was very nice of you indeed .

All ok here but still feel a bit fuzzy ( similar to a 2 day hangover - I'm sure HC will know about them )

Did an online orders at T the other week. I was tempted to put in the comments box 'once you have picked my shopping have a quick look around the car park will you. Make sure you pick up all till spits and petrol vouchers and don't be keeping any for yourself'.

Evening all. Just returned from A with a non glitch shop! I just had a question re asda price error with the £2 giftcard. When they yellow sticker reduce bakery items and it incorrectly goes through as full price, should they still give the £2 giftcard, as the customer service assistant was adamant they didn't when they make a barcode sticker error....

    Yes you should!
I was fobbed off with that excuse too so I sent and e mail to a's to ask them what the policy was and had a message back on my answer machine the next day as I was out saying yes you are entitled. I was asked to send them another e mail with my address and they would post out a gift card for the over charge and £2 .
