I contemplated and decided to limit the damage and clear up a bit before I do anymore shopping.
I have sort of decided maybe I have enough shampoo as still have quite a few of the Pantene Brunette expressions that glitched in Tescos and lots of 10p/20p shampoos and conditioners from Superdrug. Have just filled another Ts crate as found some bits stuffed under the bed in plastic bags.
There is no more room now every inch is covered with hair dye, suncream, handcream, shower gels, mouthwash etc all in various baskets/boxes/bags. And the 2 crates dedicated to haircare.:o We do get through it quite quickly with four females but as fast as we do there always seems to be another glitch/cheapie to stock up again. :j
Snap, you should see my house.
My 'smellies' cupboard had been recently cleaned and was all tidy. Now it is pilled high with Mr Shoes hand cream, sun cream and fragrance, TBS stuff, and a fair few serums, hairsprays, heat protections sprays and frizz treatments.0 -

I blame Mother...
Not quite sure what's happened though, here is the shampoo part of it -
2 x Wella Shockwaves Ultra Strong Power Mousse £4.00 £0.32
2 x Wella Shockwaves Ultra Strong Power Hold Hair Spray £4.00 £.530
1 x Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Shampoo (200ml) £1.00 £0.16
1 x Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly Shampoo (200ml) £1.00 £0.16
2 x ASDA Smartprice Conditioner (500ml) £.048 £.032
Did I get one too many shampoo?
Bah, said it was easier just getting Head and Shoulders for me :rotfl:
Still got a voucher for £3.86 and spent £11, not the worst result in the world, plus I've still got my other one to use on myself anyways
So shall make it up by telling Mother she owes me £8
LFB, I'm not partaking in this, Sada's too far away! But from what I understand you need to buy in 3's. You have 8 I think?Gwrys yn Kernow! :j0 -

Wow, this thread is moving like lightning just now! Been trying to keep up on my phone while out and about, but the pages just can't load quickly enough. Have had to skip more than I like the past few days, so apologies if I don't thank as much as I should.:oAngelsMadv wrote: »In complete contrast to what their own site says and I guess is the truth or they'd be prosecuted for breaching the law by stating it.
Got this on their site:
'Are your products tested on animals?
P&G, the parent company for Herbal Essences, has ended research involving animals on all our finished consumer products except when required by law. We use non-animal alternatives first. We'll only use animal testing when there are no other reasonable options.
We'd like to be able eliminate animal research on ingredients in consumer products altogether, and we're making progress. We've invested over $190 million in alternatives, making us an industry leader. We're also working with the FDA and respected animal welfare groups, such as the Humane Society of the United States, to work on reforming regulations and validating alternative methods. To learn more, check out our website here.'
I think the key here is the careful wording used on the HE website- finished products are not tested on animals, but individual ingredients ARE (which my original post referred to as well).
Anyway, I'm not an animal rights fanatic by any means, but remembered the fall-out in the press a while back about this issue, so thought it might be of interest to someone here as there are a fair few animal lovers on this thread. It sure wasn't my intention to prescribe to anyone or start a debate .... It's up to each person to make up their own mind about this product.

I do 8 high ones and 1 sp and works
OK, my head hurts now!
So is it because i bought 8 in total rather than 9? So if I'd bought one more of something it would have be fine?!
Me and this glitch are done with :rotfl::rotfl:...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
