my OH has been admitted to hospital tonight, our local mental health unit. I feel totally lost. we have been struggling for a long time. he was in Iraq last year and was badly injured. he lost 2 of his friends in the same attack. he is okm but did suffer some bad injuries.
he has been struggling for a while and tonight he just lost it. and I couldn't cope any more. He was suicidal and I was, for the first time, really fearful I would lose him. So I called for some help and thankfully it was there. but now I feel really guilty because he's not here. Probably not the place to be posting this. But this thread has been a lifeline to me over the last few weeks and has given me a place to concentrate on something different
Have nothing very useful to say but that I am thinking of you and that you have obvioously done EXACTLY the right thing. He needs help and now he will get it. well done.:grouphug:No, Mr A, that is NOT 'Great news'!!
