I have cleared the cookies and everything but it keeps coming back the same.

I had that last night with 2 receipts. Just keep trying, I got them eventually.:)

Hugs to fairclaire - difficult and brave first steps but necessary ones, well done Echo fudge2's comments - lovely post. Are you on your own at home atm? Think about having a friend or relative to stay for a few days or go and stay with them as I am sure you will have been through an awful lot to get to this point and the stress is huge. More hugs.

Someone in Scotland I guess? Aren't they open 24 hours? My store doesn't open till 10.00 am, so won't know till this afternoon.
