Ombudsman

we bought car last year and had issue from day one with bad paint issues, dealer repinted repaired panels 8 times in 7-8 month period due to poor colour match and poor panel repairs etc.

dealer then said they not doing anymore buy buy

i got ombudsman involved due to the Car only being a year or so old on purcahse and we bought on HP.
we had car independatly inspected by 2 people all saying same thing poor repairs need doing again or hand car back.

ombudsman have looked at all eveidence and found the reapirs were poor and were there on purchase and the finance and dealer have agreed to repiar the car again.

we not happy do to all the issues before with there repairs and issues caused, we had issue for a year now. even another bodyshop cannot garuntee the exact colour match due to cars rare paint type. and they say factory paint has different process to a bodyshop. and there may still be issue with colour match. due to not all the car being painted.

i have asked ombudsman to get get them to take car back as the ombudsman has said the car wasnt fit for purpose on sale.

can we hand back, whats process weve paid £220 a month for 14 months now on this car.

need advice please
