2012 Sudocrem Funny Faces 1. No purchase necessary. 2. The competition is open to all citizens of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Forest Laboratories UK Ltd and their families or households are not eligible to enter. 3. Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. All prizes are non-transferable. There is no cash or prize alternative. 5. All out of pocket expenses other than those specified are the responsibility of the Competition Winner. 6. The prizes are as described on https://www.facebook.com/Sudocrem from 21st August 2012. 7. Entries must be submitted via the Funny Faces Facebook competition application found here https://www.facebook.com/Sudocrem and entry is restricted to one per person. 8. The acceptance, disqualification or deletion of competition entries, without explanation or prior notification is entirely at the discretion of Forest Laboratories UK Ltd. But as a guide late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, inappropriate or corrupt entries will not be accepted – this includes pictures featuring infants with Sudocrem Antiseptic Healing Cream. Suitable winning entries must have submitted their photo to the Facebook application and submit their contact details when prompted in order to enter the voting contest. Entries containing incorrect information cannot be accepted for a prize. 9. Any material that breaches copyright, is offensive, defamatory or breaches any UK laws will be immediately removed and disqualified from the competition. Disqualification of entrants is at the discretion of Forest Laboratories UK Ltd and final. 10. All entries must be received by 11.59pm 15th October 2012. Judging will commence on the 17th October with the winner announced on 19th October 2012. The competition dates are as follows: Entry submission commence date – 21st August 2012 Entry submission complete date – 15th October 2012 Judging commences - 17th October 2012 Competition winner announced – 19th October 2012 11. Competition Winner to receive prizes as described. 12. If the selected Competition Winner does not claim their prize within 21 working days of being advised of winning via email, Forest Laboratories UK Ltd reserves the right to redraw the competition and select an alternative Competition Winner and or runners-up. 13. The Competition Winner may be required to participate in publicity. 14. First prize - The winner will feature as the face of the Sudocrem Facebook Timeline banner (if agreeable with the parental guardian ) for 12 months+ £500 Babies R’ Us vouchers + Professional photo shoot to produce imagery for the Facebook Timeline banner and parents will also be able to keep the professional photos (£400 worth of professional prints maximum). 15. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Forest Laboratories UK Ltd and accordingly Forest Laboratories UK Ltd may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Forest Laboratories UK Ltd as a result thereof. 16. By entering the competition it will be assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. 17. Forest Laboratories UK Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. 18. Forest Laboratories UK Ltd accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the Prize. 19. The Competition will be governed by English law. 20. Forest Laboratories UK Ltd, save to the extent that disclosure might be required by law, keep confidential all information about the entrants and shall not disclose or share any information which they learn about the entrant.
