Halifax website - I can't transfer my money out of my a/c

Everytime I try & transfer money from my Halifax a/c online (to another bank) their site throws me back to the log-in page so I can't transfer the money. I really cannot be bothered with the hassle of ringing them - its such a long winded process but I need my money in another bank - help!!

Have you got the pop up blocker on ?

are you using fire fox?

i would say that the on-line helpdesk telephone dept were really helpful - open 24 hours a day and help you as you are at the pc

Thanks - i did ring them after reading your note as my previous experience of calling had been ringing the main Halifax number not the online help. They were very helpful and very nice. I was on phone for ages though and they couldn't solve problem. In the end I asked him to do the transfer over the phone as I was just too tired to continue - total of 1 hour spent trying to make one simple online transfer! Glad I'm only in it for the £100!
