With the 3 for £20 offer, it seems that you have to put in a code to bring it down to £20 (the code shows on the basket page), so you won't then be able to use any of the other codes as Body Shop will only let you input one code, then the box disappears.

If you're a LYB member you can get free delivery (once you've logged in) without having to spend £25, though it doesn't seem to allow the 30% discount on top of the 3 for £20 deal.

Thanks Polly - shame about that - had loads of stuff last year but now running out - doesn't seem to be so many great glitches this year - or perhaps I'm not bothering to look so much!

It really seems to vary the response you get when you phone.

THis is what i was told yesterday. I called again today and got the same reply and she assured me that my card would be with me soon. Having read the comments in the this thread, I mentioned that the website states that I get online LYB card discount immediately from when i place my card order (had to stress this twice during the conversation though). She then said she could give me the card number and would activate my account. I'm sure it was the same woman that i spoke to yesterday and I just wonder if she didn't understand my query yesterday as I hadn't explained that the online discount wasn't working.

This was all too late to get the Quidco offer but the card number she gave me does work.

Thanks, I did state that too her but she said there was nothing she could do. Will try phoning again & see if I get someone who can do this

The code isn't working for me now, which is strange because it's still on TCB as valid.

just a quick update, body butters are now down to £5.40 and the 50% code works on them too!
