I have read the thread and still can't find the answer:(

If I bought the lyb card on my first order, do I get a code emailed to me to make more orders? or do I need to buy a new card everytime?
Please help me:D I have never bought from BS before!!

Managed to resist all day but just cracked and placed two small orders. My first one for a vanilla body mist for £2.45 but even though the original price was £7 it wouldn't me have the free gift. Second order totalled £3.15 for honey and oat face mask and the free gift.

nearly sorted - they should be sending the cards in the post - up to 14 days. Or it seems you can phone and they will give/email you the number of the card - if you don't want to wait for the post.
You then stick the number on your body shop account and it will be valid for a year.
I have no card yet and have never had one before either but I think this is the way it goes.

I have been at work all day, thought i'd order tonight, now seems I can only place one order, until the morning, when I shall try to get the number!!:(:(

think they will be getting a few calls tomorrow for card numbers- lol

I may even be brave and ask them to unblock my card !! and where my order for last week is - they are going to love me !!

It seems odd that the automatic LYB card discount stopped working for those who ordered cards 2-3 weeks ago? - are we all on the naughty list?!

I phoned today to see if i could get my card number (ordered on 16th and only placed one order) but the woman I spoke to wasn't very helpful and, said she hasn't received my number yet because of a backlog of orders from 3 weeks ago! Others have phoned and received their numbers so I think I may have been unlucky and got through to an unhelpful helpline assistant. Has anyone else had better luck?

not tried yet but I think alot of the time it does depend who you speak to - with any company. I did phone the other week about my blocked credit card but the bloke was so useless and knew nothing so I gave up. Not going to give up again but waiting till my order has been delivered first !!

I think some people have been going into store and were able to get a card if they showed their invoice - although that would mean you would end up with an extra one?? so not sure how that worked really.

I have just looked on ebay but no cards going there either. so looks like noone has the cards.

I had a LYB card entered since Feb - not one of the ones from last glitch - this glitch is only likely to last till around 11am tomorrow so unless you can enter your number on your account by then it you may miss out ........ but there will no doubt be a new glitch soon ....... there always is
