If I replace my motherboard - will I have to reactivate windows 7 (non-OEM) ?

Yes you will. Most of the key components used to generate the installation ID are on the motherboard.
It is a painless process although you may need to do it over the phone with the automated system. The phone call is an 0800 number.0 -
Is your disc the Upgrade Edition? If so, you may have to play around with the installation a little to get it to work. Perhaps the Double Install method.

No - it's a full version
And I bought myself another MSI board (see previous thread "BIOS dead")0 -
Ok, found it. You have a full version of Windows 7, so it's not an issue anyway.
