Barclays cancelled my insurance suddenly!

Hi ,
Barclays sent me a letter cancelling my work insurance within a month.
Its two years I am paying and that means that as insurances dont kick in until 3 months I will be uncovered.
Do I have any right to claim the money I paid them?
Thanks for your advice.

As long as they are sticking to the ts and cs regarding cancellation, then no.0

Why are they cancelling the insurance?
insurers dont just cancel willy nilly. Something must have triggered it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. I guess becasue I was 29 when I started the insurance so I had the minimum payment. I am sure they can terminate the agreement as per their t&c however...isn't the goverment restricting what's allowed and what's not? ( And turning around the imposed terms and conditions)0 -
I have had some success in reclaiming insurance premiums under similar circumstances.
If the policy won't pay out for any event which happened in the first three months, then if the insurer cancels within that period, they have never been at any risk of a claim, so there is a good case for the return of all premia in full. But I expect you'll have to fight for it.We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
