Lieu of notice pay - Affected by Family Tax Credits?

Options
I've just been sent my lieu of notice form to fill out. It asks you to specify details of things you have claimed/earnt during your notice period.

In the time I've been on notice I have claimed and received Job Seekers Allowance of £71 a week. But in the same time I also started claiming for Family and Working Tax Credits. But, in order to claim for those, both my wife and I had to fill out the form, it wasn't just based on what I had earnt/my situation.

We weren't granted Working tax credit as it was based on our previous tax year (i.e when I had a job) but we qualified for family tax credit. (£114 a week)

The form doesn't list Family Tax Credit as a 'tickable' option but does have a misc. section for any not-listed benefits.

My questions - does Family Tax Credit affect your lieu of notice payment or not? Do I need to submit that we earnt £114 a week as well as the jobseeker figure?

I don't think I should as we both had to submit our details in order to qualify, but my wife thinks I should put it down. The form isn't very clear on this aspect and ringing the insolvency just keeps me in a loop, speaking to no one. I don't see how OUR situation should affect MY notice period money.

Many thanks.
