Hi. Yeah they did and were told it wouldn't be. That was before they looked at it. The wire was not in our tree. We'll just have to wait and see. My mum thinks they will, but my dad received some money a while ago so it won't be too bad.0

Bit soon to know for sure...many tales of engineering charges being raised by BT Openreach months after the work has been carried out.Tell your parents to keep a close eye on their account:(0
